Every piece from our collection remains under our absolute care during transit. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods remains entirely with Terrey Lotts until the physical products are delivered into your possession, or into the possession of a third party designated by you (such as a neighbour or safe place).

5. Undelivered Packages & Wrong Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the complete, correct shipping address and contact details are provided at the time of purchase. If a premium delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccurate address or repeated failure to collect the items from the courier depot, and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a administrative restocking and reshipping fee.
